• Oversee day-to-day salon activities and operations using salon management software

• Track stock levels and manage stock loss and back bar costs
• Manage salon finances including banking or invoice payments - maintaining accurate financial records
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working order
• Arrange regular repairs and servicing of the equipment as required
• Ensure consistent execution of salon’s policies and procedures
• Ensure salon’s ambiance and cleanliness
• Maintaining a client base
• Making cash flow calculations (end of day report) and cash transactions
• Filling in and analyzing different types of reports
• Promptly resolving issues on the different salon activities, fixing breakdowns, calling repair services, and ordering the necessary equipment

• Liaise with salon owner or head office
